Introduction: In April 2015, I turned my passion for health and fitness into a career by becoming a Certified Personal Trainer. As a former gymnast and athlete, my time has always been devoted to an active lifestyle and I quickly became a fitness enthusiast. I attended the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) in California to study Advanced Personal Training. I received a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and have since become a TRX Qualified Trainer. I work hard to make my workouts fun and engaging to motivate you to achieve your goals and enhance a healthy lifestyle! I love motivating others, helping them see their potential and results!
