- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do is schedule a free one hour session this perspective clients. In this hour I like to get to know a little bit about the person whom I am working with. We'll discuss your current lifestyle, health and fitness goals, and do a Functional Movement Screening. This first session helps me understand your needs and what I am going to do to design a program that will help you meet your goals
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The most valuable areas of my education in regards to personal training has been a combination of years of life experience living a health and fitness-centered lifestyle and working with people as there personal trainer to meet their goals. However my credentials include: -NASM Certified Personal Trainer -Skogg Kettlebell Certified -Crossfit Level 1 Coach -StrongPosture Exercise Certified -RockTape Fascial Movement Taping Level 1 and 2 -CPR Certified -Currently in Massage School (800 hour program)
