Health and fitness are things that my life and educational experience have taught me a lot about. Talor is an incredible trainer. Not only has he helped me to achieve my fitness goals, but he has taken me above and beyond what I ever felt capable of doing! Our workouts are always fun and dynamic, and I can't believe I'm saying this but I have a new found love of exercise! His enthusiasm, skill and compassion have transformed my relationship to exercise, my body and my sense of Self. I am so grateful to Bridge City Training!!!

Taylor is GREAT! He is not only an excellent trainer but also has a great character too. He is so kind! I've been taking his class for 5 months and I can already see very good changes in my body - more muscles and stamina! I feel so healthy and strong now. He is also helping my mom and is very flexible and good at customizing our needs. His massage is excellent too. Highly recommended!!!
