FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I know how long it should take to complete a project, from experience I know how much each project is worth. So I figure 750.00 a day for me and my hod carrier/ laborer ( You know the guy that brings me all the material, mix's all the mortar, stocks the scaffolding with hundreds of brick with no fork lift. Makes all the cuts, Does all the clean up gets told what to do, is under constant pressure, Exposed to all weather conditions year round and last but not least he is as healthy as an athlete) And I do all the work! ) HUMOR "don't you think"

Schedule a time to meet with them and listen to what they want done. Suggest some idea's to help them make the right choices on different types of designs and materials, take measurements, Determine if the project will require a permit or not and specify a start date and completion date. Let the customer know how much prep is involved in remodels, this phase entails protecting the ground outside and the floor inside their home the work area, at times plastic on the walls and ceiling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent almost 12 years working for Wayne Oja Masonry specializing in all phase's of residential masonry, primarily brick and stone fire place's. I was eager to learn the trade and I did so, from one of the best contractors in the industry. During those years I laid thousands of brick and all types of stone.
