- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a conversation about what the customer needs, particulars about location, food allergies/ preferences, details about classes or menus and then create a custom approach to designing a class or meal from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a trained Chef with a degree from Cambridge School of Culinary Arts. I have experience in restaurants and catering as well as several years teaching recreational cooking programs for adults and children.
