- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for MAC Cosmetics from May of 2015 to August of 2016. They have very intensive training every quarter to keep artists up to speed on trends and products. I have had the opportunity to do many makeovers and work with all kinds of people. It was a great experience!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have loved makeup for as long as I can remember. I just started out with doing in depth looks for my own personal outings with friends. Then I started doing photoshoots to showcase my work, which finally lead me to applying for my first professional position as a makeup artist.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many different kinds of people. From brides to prom girls. Birthdays, first time makeup tutorials, all the way to special request advanced makeup for big shows. I have worked with all ages from my oldest client of 82 to the youngest who just wanted to hop in my chair for a little blush a pink lipstick while her mother made other purchases.
