Introduction: I have more than a decade of experience coaching clients to move them from where they are to where they want to be. I provide high-quality career coaching, ESL and GED tutoring, and writing and editing for your technical needs, website and newsletter campaigns, resumes and cover letters, and fiction and non-fiction (both short and long form). I'm a big believer in "see one, do one, teach one". Helping someone better their abilities and their message - what they put forth in the world - is thrilling for me because it's a creative and collaborative process. When I coach a client, the strategies and solutions that come to the surface become tools that can then be shared with others. It might not sound like it, but this is as true of facilitating an ESL class on using public transportation or showing someone how to write a powerful cover letter as it is unpacking the interview process or authoring user documentation on how to build a useful search string on Lexis. It all has to do with people. It has to do with where they are and where they want to go. And I love being able to help get them there, and I love knowing that once they can apply it to themselves, they can facilitate that movement for others, too. That's really what drives me to do the work I do.
