- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always offer a complimentary session prior working with a new client. In this session, the person will be able to understand my practice, how I work, and if we are a good fit. Once it is a good fit, we have our first session evaluating the client's needs and goals with a questionnaire and deep reflection.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Before I even heard about coaching, I was writing for newspapers and magazines in Brazil and England about Happiness and well-being, and being invited to dinners to help people overcoming blocks and challenges. It was when I was living in India that someone told me about the profession, which I was basically doing it without knowing. It was a bliss to discover the field, get back to school and get certified. In a way, I feel that I didn't start doing it - I was born a Coach!
