FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although a single nutritional counseling session can be productive and helpful, in many cases, it is best to follow through with multiple sessions. Developing new habits and skills may need a little more time and guidance. That being said, let us discuss what structure is best for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An intake is typically necessary in order to determine your needs and goals. I may ask you to fill out an intake form, after a free 15 minute consultation. Once we decide that we are a good fit, we will spend 30 minutes to 2 hours discussing your goals, medical and dietary history (as appropriate), current diet and activity levels, any other concerns you may have, and then developing a plan of action.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Masters of Science in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon.
