- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
WINDOW WASHING I charge on a per window pane basis, $6 for first story Windows, $8 for second story, and $10 for skylights. I will wash the Windows inside and out as well as clean the screens and window sill and wipe out the tracks. GUTTER CLEANING For the first 150' of gutters, I will clean for $95. Any additional feet is $1/ft. I safely make sure your gutters are cleaned and the downspouts are unclogged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want my customers to be happy and comfortable with my services. I'll answer any questions you may have and make sure you have a business card so that you can reach me to schedule future work or to contact me with any concerns after I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to cleaning Windows and gutters with my father for many years I have also done roofing and other areas of carpentry. This has made me comfortable on ladders at various heights. I also have worked in customer service fields for many years and would definitely consider myself a people person.
