Introduction: Mark Mention has been tuning and repairing pianos in the greater Portland Metro area for over 20 years. He received his Craftsman Certification from North Bennet Street School after 2 years of study. He then returned to his home in the Northwest and has been helping schools, teachers, students - and professional pianists full time.
I enjoy taking the time to make each piano sound and perform at its best whether it is a small spinet or a concert grand. I find it rewarding to help people find a good piano - one that fits their budget, home decor and is a good investment.

Mark did a great job tuning and voicing my Charles Walter grand piano. He was on time, professional and the quality of his work was perfect. He was extremely responsive and we loved having him in our home.

He arrived on time as scheduled. Went to work on the piano, tuning it nicely, cleaning the keys and suggesting further maintenance that needs to be done at another time .
