- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All projects vary in cost. We have certain bottom lines that we follow, however, there are many specifics to factor in on every project. We understand home improvement is not always easy, so we make the effort to ensure you know what you are paying and what you are getting for it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact is made we would love to meet with you and get to know you. This helps to develop a lasting relationship and gives us a foundation to begin the design process. Whether you know exactly what you want, or have just a broad idea, we offer creativity and experience to develop a project design that best fits you, your family and home. From here we work with your budget and schedule to build your outdoor space. We lay out the process as detailed as we can to make sure there are no surprises, and we will work as efficiently as possible to give you a seamless process that puts your mind at ease throughout the whole build process. Communication is key for us and welcome calls, texts and emails at all hours of the day to answer questions and address any thoughts you have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team of skilled artisans have an extensive background in the industry. Shane Emerson has been working with landscape architects, material suppliers, same field contractors, home builders, and home owners for over fifteen years. This is the corner stone to a unique understanding and awareness of everyones wants and needs and how best to accomplish all of them.
