He first introduced himself then showed his credentials then asked what the problem was again then was shown the unit and attic then began working he was surprised about what he saw but he didn't back down he tackled it pinpointed the problem but didn't want to hold me up because he has a regular job but told me what I needed and he was right for me to be his first customer I was well pleased and would recommend him to anyone job well done 👍

Jay is an exceptional professional. His manners are impeccable. He was timely and knew exactly how to install my new NEST thermostat. At $100, he provided a quote no one else could match. I originally called the NEST installers and they quoted $250. Jay provided excellent value. I highly recommend this young man.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard service call is $100 only because my labor fees are cheaper than any company around. I'm reasonable and I get jobs done with a safety first attitude.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working in the HVAC new construction field first. I realized that it's not that back of work, labor wise. So I decided to go to school at TCC to be a service technician. My instructor motivated me to become the best tech that I could be, so I strive to learn more and more to help customers with comfort and reasonable prices.
