- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitive with our competition. We have a fantastic workforce that will ensure the job is completed right the first time. We are a professional boiler service company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we like to gather as much information as we can to assess the need for service. A lot of the times we can talk you through a few tricks to try before we even have to come out that may end up fixing things. If not our staff really enjoys meeting new customers face to face and providing detailed information on the next steps. Our site visits are typically free of charge as well as our estimates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner has been in this business for the past 2 decades. He started his career with the Boilermakers Union 242 in Spokane, Wa where he completed his 4-year apprenticeship. He became a leader for the Boilermakers and in turn, spent years traveling the country helping all types of customers. From nuclear power, coal-fired power plants, paper mills, sawmills, food processing, schools, government, as well as residential. He decided to take his knowledge and customer relations skills and start Empire Boiler.
