- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the hour or by the project if we can negotiate something. We are well organized, have a lot of experience with many forms of design, with a wide variety of industries. We focus on putting out great work every time. No project is too small or too big for us to handle. We have a team of design professionals to handle any size workload. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start all work with a project brief; product examples, inspirations, detailed info on final outlook or direction. We sketch and take notes there posting ideas for the design at hand. Sometimes for huge projects working with multiple inputs and parties, we first go with mood boards and more rough looks and styles to view back before diving way into it. Once concepts are approved, it’s go time. We get to it and make a few rough sketches real and/or digital. From there we make changes, revisions, additions, etc. until we are all happy with the final. We typically work with a team and have all tag and detailed copy typed up and proofed before implementing into the works as not to have any possible overlapping issues in print. Once we have copy approved and the design has made its way through a few revisions and signed off, it’s time to preflight, email or upload to a cloud service and then you can send for print or we can assist with any final execution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We independently have our own experiences and professional backgrounds. With over 15 years of graphic design, video, photography and website design our portfolio will speak for itself and tell the story.
