- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices always include the following: time/cost to travel to the shooting location, unlimited pictures, all high definition retouched pictures delivered on DVD or USB drive, an online gallery with all your pictures for viewing, sharing, downloading and printing, rights to your pictures for printing and sharing, free mailing. No additional fees will be charged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have reached an agreement on the services and the price, we send our customers an agreement to be signed and an invoice. At that time, payment of 50% deposit is required to book our services for a specific date/time. For wedding photography, we meet face to face at least once before the wedding day, typically several month before and then 3 to 4 weeks before. We also have several phone calls to discuss and coordinate the photography services. The remaining 50% is due at the beginning of the photography session. Depending on the number photography hours, we then deliver all retouched pictures between 48 hours to 10 days later.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught and very experienced photographer who started as a teenager shooting in manual mode and with film. At that time, we had to nail each shot to maximize the cost of film. I quickly developed a passion for photographing people and couple first with natural light and more recently with advanced flash technology. I am comfortable in any situation, indoors, outdoors, studio or action. Most importantly I take the time to listen to my clients and provide the style they are looking for.
