- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer affordable rates with experts. We accept payments in the form of credit, debit, or Health Savings Accounts and can provide you with a Superbill with itemized receipt for reimbursement from your insurance!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of my clients choose to text, email or conveniently schedule with me online. Once someone reaches out, I will get back to you within 24 hours to discuss any questions they may have and will send them an email with paperwork, FAQ, and location. If the service is online, the same process happens...just leave out the location piece!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a millennial, I have first-hand experience on what challenges our generation faces, as well as know what excites us, what drives us, and what we value. This sometimes varies person to person depending on their goals and the visions they hold for themselves. I currently am a Licensed Masters Social Worker in the states of Kansas and Missouri. This means I can do therapy with anyone (in-person or online) with these residents or continue working with you if you move from Kansas or Missouri when we start services. With that, I have a certificate in Play Therapy where I utilize many creative techniques to help externalize, create visuals, and solve problems. In May, I will be a Licensed Specialized Clinical Social Worker which is a process of about 2-3 years when you earn your Masters degree. Super exciting!
