They were very reasonably priced and fast. They have a very flexible schedule and will work absolutely hard. Johnny was a very genuine guy and definitely went the extra mile to help us out. Great group of workers! We were expecting our baby and on the day they were supposed to come move our piano (down a flight of stairs) our baby came. I texted him and had to reschedule. He had no problem doing that and a couple days later he texted me to congratulate us on the baby. Long Distance Moving
They need to reimburse the customer when they break something. They broke my Insignia 55 inch television in the move. I cannot even get the owner to respond to my emails anymore. He told me "I do not believe your television even worked". It was one year old and it was purchased from Best Buy. I will go through Small Claims Court if I must. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I try to find the most efficient way to move the customer's valuables in the safest way. This I have learned saves the customer money and time which they are always pleased.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I've worked in the moving business for 10 years and have always wanted to own my own business. I work hard just like my employees and don't ask them to do anything I wouldn't do.
