FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing is $50.00 for a private lesson and we have our group class, which runs $100.00 for four weeks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a group class on Saturdays at 0900 in the morning. We like to have new perspective clients attend a class at no cost to them to see if our process will work for them. We offer private lessons as well and we will meet the owner and dog to see evaluate how we can best help them achieve their goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Eric Medina is our head trainer and he has experience training dogs that spans over 20 years. He holds an impressive Master Handler certification and has worked under Cesar Milan. He can certify therapy and service dogs. He has a vast experience with handling behavioral issues for dogs and helping them recover from past experiences. Medina has a wealth of knowledge and experience with training family protection dogs and has even trained a canine sent to the military. Our other trainers are Tex, Martin, and Robles. They have experience with training protection work, therapy work, and an extensive knowledge in training obedience. They have their own family dogs that are obedient and family protection dogs that are sound enough to pass as therapy dogs.
