- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparency. All prices are posted on EventsTacoma.com
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client is ready to reserve a date for our services, we send them an electronic invoice for $100 per reserved service such as DJ or Photo Booth. This $100 is deducted from their total and the balance is due upon arrival at the event.
