- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With a background and education in non-profit marketing, we understand and appreciate all that goes into running an organization. We are passionate about supporting the dreams of those in our community. If for any reason our estimate is out of budget for you, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for new inquiries is pretty standard and we are geared to help ask the right questions so we are able to get to work right away. We have a wide variety of specialties, so that has allowed us to be able to think outside the box and help narrow exactly what you need at the most affordable rate. We believe in working hard to support you every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With a bachelor's degree in Marketing Management with a focus in non-profits, and several years working with business of both start-up and corporation size, we are proud of the work we have put into those projects. We have trained ourselves to communicate with the client in such a way that ensures they are apart of the process and that their voice is heard along the way. We are here to support you!
