Introduction: In the sake of honesty, calling myself a chef is a stretch, but I don't have a "business name" quite yet. I just want to make you really good food.
Growing up, my mom owned her own food company -- Glacier Garden, something something from Wisconsin. We laugh about how I grew up "under the table" at shows around the midwest.
But truth be told, I loved it. I loved every moment of it.
Throughout university and for two years after I worked in the service industry in downtown Chicago, and my love for providing people with good food and a great experience has never wavered.
I'm not sure what this side hustle will turn into...but I know I'm good at what I love to do, and I want to share it.
I enjoy taking a little bit of stress out of people's lives by doing what I love.
I enjoy the effortless conversations that seem to surround good food.
I enjoy sharing, at least a small portion, of the stories of the world through the recipes I've learned.
