- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$80 for a service call includes first 30 minutes of diagnostics. Fee is waived if you purchase a new furnace. *Free Wi-Fi thermostat with new furnace purchase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
*Initial contact to determine the urgency of the situation. *Schedule an appointment that is convenient for the customer. *Call a head to inform the customer we are on the way. *Determine cause(s) of the problem(s). *Explain what went wrong, why, and how to prevent it from happening again, if applicable. *Repair or replace part(s) or system.

Technical Diploma from MATC Ongoing education in the field and 20 years of experience.
