- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
IBHM's standard cash fees without benefit of the sliding scale system ranges from $190.50 for formal Intakes, to $95,50 per psychotherapy session.Selling the product If youre beyond the go/no go decision, now you need to prove that a product can sell. These are your goals: Financial: break even. Manufacturing: spend as little as possible per unit. Sales: 50-250 units. Market research: determine the ideal price, packaging, name, necessary features and distribution network. Scheduling: 3-15 months. At this point, youre really going into business, so it would be a good time to incorporate in order to shield yourself from business liabilities. Liablity insurance is also a good idea. Good places to start trying to sell a product are fairs, flea markets, trade shows, small, locally owned retail stores, and mail order. Certain types of non consumer products are better sold through sales people who already work in the industry. Eventually, youre going to want to find a distributor, because its the only way to scale your distrubution. Be willing to make adjustments in your product, rather than drop it, if it doesnt sell immediately. Try tweaking the price, packaging and distribution channels. formal psychological evaluations range from $90-475, Cognitive impairment evaluations range from $325-1975. IBHM accepts most insurance plans which impact psychotherapy and Intake costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prospective client call our office to pre-schedule an Intake session. During this call, the Operations Officer or Office Mgr will ask for pre-selected insurance information to determine your co-pay amount in advance.Usually the intake takes approx 2 days to complete, which also includes a formal psychological or cognitive evaluation. Data from these assessments are used in treatment planning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dr. Wright-West was trained in clinical intervention and psychotherapy in North Carolina graduate schools. She holds advanced degrees in Clinical therapy and Psychology and also in Career and Guidance Counseling. She is also certified and licensed by the state of NC in School/Guidance and Career Counseling and is an LPC.
