- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices depend on: How many people. What flavors/items are wanted. Theme. Delivery. If there's a budget. Of course any other detail that is also needed will be factored into the final price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with what the customer has in mind. I work with them to figure out how I can fit everything they are looking for into one order.
