- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard rates are for 2, 3 and 4 hours of photo booth services and are $450, $550 and $650 for our all inclusive services. These services include awesomely fun props, an event host, photo strip design, set up and take down of equipment, unlimited use of photo booth and a free online gallery for unlimited downloads and sharing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically find out the necessary information such as location, duration of the event, number of guests etc in order to give each client the best rate possible. Simultaneously, we give each client as much information as possible about all the services that we offer as well as the many ways we stand out as a photo booth company.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees are college educated and have many years training in graphic design coupled with years in the customer service industries as well. We are a fun bunch of tech savvy, photography loving people.
