FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client or prospective client's needs are unique and should be treated as so. Whether you are working with a client that's buying or selling a home, it's most important to understand the client themselves and then assess their needs or wants. Real Estate is one of the biggest investments most people make, so making sure your client and yourself are on the same page is key to any transaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20+ years of sales and marketing under my belt, as well as my North Carolina Real Estate license. This helps on both ends of a transaction whether maximizing the amount you get when selling your home or making sure you get the best deal when on the buying side of the process.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After many years of sales, I decided to put what I learned through training and experience into Real Estate. I decided it was a time to start using my sales skills "for good instead of evil", and there's no better field for making people feel good than Real Estate.
