FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-Portrait Photography (Children, Teens, and High School Seniors) starts at $150 -Weddings start around $800 -Corporate Head Shoots start at $100 -Events are $20 per hour with a $50 minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a free initial consultation in person or over the phone. This is us a good opportunity to go over your ideas and ask any questions you may have. If we both decide to proceed then we will sign a contract stating date and time and take a deposit or full payment based on the photo shoot. After we have talked and set a date I will go and scout and research the area a few days before the photo shoot to get a gameplan. I will either call, email, or text the client the day before the shoot as a friendly reminder and answer any last minute questions. Then, on the day of the photo shoot I will arrive early to get myself ready. Once everyone is there we will start shooting, the shoot takes anywhere from 1-3 hours based on prior discussion at the consultation. After the shoot the client can expect about a week turn around for images to be put online for purchasing or 2 weeks if we are doing a custom digital flash drive (Some specialty items such as custom photo albums and canvas prints may take up to a month). I personally inspect all items and prints thoroughly before hand delivering them or mailing to the client (variations on delivery process based on distance from clients). Once the items and/or prints are delivered I will make contact with the client after a week to make sure they are still satisfied with the with their products.
