- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a 30 minute complementary consult so we can better understand what you are looking for and how we might be of help. We conduct a full nutrition assessment and we learn all about your health, your habits, your nutrition and health goals. We then create a plan that we will implement during our sessions. We will set you up for success at each meeting. We will discuss how your week went, we celebrate your successes and we problem solve around your challenges. Over time this results in a high quality, nourishng pattern of eating that is sustainable for a life time. You will feel so good!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are RDN's (Registered Dietitians/Nutritionists) credentialed by the CDR and Licensed by NCBDN of North Carolina. We have Undergraduate degrees, Master Degrees and Extensive Internships.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with a variety of clients including weight loss, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, gut health issues, anti-inflamatory diets, exercise nutrition, child nutrition and more!
