- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for my services varies based on program duration, location, and audience size. I have creative pricing strategies that can work with many budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For speaking, I host an initial call with the client to learn critical information about their audience, the event theme, and the key takeaways they want the audience to leave with. We then jointly determine the best approach for achieving those takeaways, craft a timeline, and share contact info of all key team members so we know how to stay in tocuh.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've designed and delivered over 1500 presentations to audiences around the world in my 20+ year career. I'm one of only 1800 certified designers in the world certified by the Association for Talent Development (ATD), the premier organization for corporate training professionals. I'm a thought leader in the talent development industry and I present at local, national, and international conferences/events. I currently serve on the international board of directors for ATD. In 2016, I was privileged to serve as the Slide Designer for TEDxRaleigh. I worked with every single speaker and their Speaking Coach from Day 1 to craft their message and their slides.
