Introduction: I am a 200-RYT and received my certification in Power Yoga! Power Yoga helps with strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. I have a deep appreciation and love for yoga and want to share that with others. Yoga has really changed my life and I know it can change yours too!
My favorite part about teaching yoga is seeing the progress and happiness in my clients. There is nothing like seeing someone nail a pose they have been working on for the first time or seeing someone grow in strength and flexibility. Yoga can really change your body and your mind and I love seeing these advancements!
