- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee for service is discounted and flexible. I accept certain types of insurance. I can bill as out-of-network if necessary. I accept all credit cards, debit cards or cash.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I perform an initial assessment by asking targeted questions. I use active listening skills to ensure I understand what the client's needs are. We work together to set goals and create an action plan to achieve them. If there are barriers to achieving goals, I work with the client to remove barriers to achieve the desired goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Prepare/Enrich Marriage Facilitator. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been counseling for 15+ years. I have a Masters Degree in Divinity, and a Masters Degree in Christian Counseling. I have a Doctor in Ministry Degree with a concentration in Christian Counseling. I am trained in Attachment Behavior Therapy and Theophostic Ministry.
