- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For working with a new customer, I prefer meeting with them in person or over the phone to gain a fuller understanding of what they are looking for. This is the perfect time to go over any questions and make sure this is a good fit. Then, after the project is completed, I like to allow time for any follow-up meetings to see if any edits need to be made (this applies mostly to writing/editing/proofreading), and/or if there would be any openings for further collaboration.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For my editing/writing/proofreading work, I have extensive experience from my educational background (please see above). I also am currently a freelance writer and editor, focusing on travel reviews and resumes. For pet boarding and care, I have been responsible for the care of animals all my life. Additionally, I am currently a volunteer for my local chapter of the SPCA, working with both cats and dogs. This position required training before being allowed to volunteer.
