- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer personalized training,small group, and team training. We also offer strength and conditioning workouts. Peronsalized $50/session Small group $150/monthly 4.5 sessions Team Training $200 gym included We offer a complimentary session to all first time clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first training session with me is basically an evaluation session. This allows me to to assess a players strength and weakness so I can develope a individualized training program to help the athlete maximize their potential. Once I have analyzed and evaluated strength, weakness, short term and long term goals a typical session would look similar to this 1. Dynamic stretching(Footwork,Agility,Body control) 2. Ball handling(Stationary,On the move, Game situation) 3. Shooting(Fundamental principles, 1 dribble shoots, 2 dribble shots, counter moves) 4. Extra work on Weaknesses and magnification of strengths Each training session varies from player to player based on skill levels. Each session is desgned to instill confidence in athlete.
