- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is different based on the project and service the client is requesting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The general process is the same throughout every project. There's an initial contact phase where we email or meet in person about what the project is about. We'll define needs, looks, style, deliverables, and anything else. Then we'll meet again on the actual event date. Finally, we'll have a post event contact where you'll receive edited images.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's degree in Interactive Media and I have 4 years of experience working in a digital marketing setting. I've shot for clients such as Papa Johns, Bojangles, Golf Pride, and Pinehurst.
