Taking my time. With sellers I typically ask for an initial meeting in the home that can last 1 1/2-2 hours covering most of the initial work, what the process looks like, and any recommendations on preparing the property for the market. I also go over how I came up with the list price of your home so it can sell in a reasonable time with the most money in YOUR pocket.
With buyers, we work on making sure the financing is in order before house hunting so we know your buying power before looking. I go over the whole process, explaining the difference between due diligence and escrow, advising you and walking you through the process step by step so we are all on the same page.
