- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not. I feel its more beneficial to both parties to bid by the job. Its not fair in my opinion to charge a crazy hourly rate, when I can give my client a fair price, in hopes of building a lasting customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to schedule a face to face meeting when possible, this eliminates error and potential misunderstandings. I want to ensure my client not only completely understands the scope of the repair, but is given the most accurate estimate possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years in the general construction field. I have been a business owner for over sixteen years, therefore I know that earning the trust of your clients and retaining it, is paramount.
