FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always introduce myself first and foremost. Depending on how open the customer is, I engage in small talk, to help break the ice and form a bridge for communication. I then go over the general plan with the costumer, to make sure that we are on the same page as far as work to be done. As I work, I check in with the customer regularly, ask if they wish for any other duties to be done and any other necessary questions. Once finished with the task I let the customer know, and have them inspect the area, if desired. Once the customer is satisfied, I always say thank you for your time and hope to work with you again, then part ways.
