What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Appraisal services, the standard price is $495.00. If report is more complex- additional charges may apply, but fees are always negotiable. Our property management services are as low as $99 a month for the first year.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gather client info & data Drive out to property, meet client if necessary, log all details Draw up report, fast turnaround time Clients will be walked through every step of the process, and I can answer any questions they may have.
