- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing system may be viewed from our website and clicking on the "Course Calendar". Look for the type of course you need and click on it, all the details will be there which will also allow you to register and submit payment to reserve your seat with us. Our mobile service prices are a little different depending on location, amount of participants and type of course being requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Scheduling the course date and time with amount of participants attending the course. Depending on amount of participants will help us to prepare for extra help in the course if needed. We normally ask for a deposit which will reserve your selected date and time of the course and guarantee your reservation. The deposit invoice will be sent to the client via email which will allow you to submit the deposit by credit card, debit card or PayPal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our instructors are OR have been healthcare professionals such as EMT's, Paramedics, Fireman, Registered Nurses, LVN's, CNA's, Respiratory Therapist and more.
