FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to help people, but I don't take advantage of them either. I like to assess the needs of the customer and will always offer a fair price. Sometimes we need help and I truly like to help people. Depending on the need it can be as simple as $25 or even less. Again, it's better to gauge what the client needs and determine pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Assess the customer's needs and determine if I'm the right person to assist them. It's important to listen to customers and offer viable solutions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began to write in Junior High. That is when I first discovered my passion for writing. I wrote for my school's publications and and in college I had poetry and news stories published. I won a journalism award as well. I continued to pursue my studies in communication. I have written endless training manuals/instructions for companies I have worked for. I've performed endless hours of writing professional letters to lawyers, grants and translating court documents. I am very detail orientated and have also excelled in Quality Control which lead me to get my ISO Internal Auditor certification.
