We had a really disappointing experience, we decided to follow his recommendation for the place where the photoshoot was gonna take place and the time (even if it was more than an hour away from us) when we’re getting ready to leave we checked in google to see how long the drive was gonna take and we realized the place closes before the time we’re supposed to meet him, my husband calls him and he didn’t check the hours of operation. With manicure, make up and hair done, the photoshoot never took place. Lack of professionalism and totally ruined our wedding anniversary day. Hi Jesica, I would like to remind you we spoke back in April when the times were confirmed to be later than they ended up being this last weekend. Venue hours change, as did this one unfortunately. I never received a callback after returning your missed call. I never heard back so never had the opportunity to choose the other venues we also discussed as backup plans for the shoot. Given that I sent you websites and sample photos to them all, we had multiple options. I wish you the best. Thank you

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer discounts on future shoots based on word of mouth referrals. If you refer a friend or family to use my services I offer 50% off your next shoot. This has led me to photograph several families every year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I require a chat beforehand to ensure I fully understand the client's needs and that my creative direction is a good match for their vision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been working in photography for nearly 4 years and recently decided to open my own wedding and mobile studio company. Previously I have worked for companies and brands on their photography needs as well as weddings both local and destination based.
