- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Don't fall for the same CLICHE phrases like: "I'm a top dollar agent" or "I'm #1 in the industry" All you get from me is facts and the truth on pricing. Just call, text or email me and if you are not happy with what you hear you move on. Just PLEASE do not fall for these agents selling you the world.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know exactly what my client(s), and or investors are looking for. Coming up with a SOLID GAME PLAN and executing. Remember while others work hard "I WORK SMART4U"
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the financial industry for over 15 years; e.g., Auditor, Under writer, Credit Analysis, and now in the Real Estate world. I bring my experience with me; so that I may assist you in just more than buying or selling a home.
