- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on a few different factors. It is time, the type of shoot, and what end product I am providing the client. I offer different packages and I share this information per client request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get to know my clients a little bit before the shoot. This helps me prepare myself. On the day of the shoot I make sure I show up 1-2 hours ahead of time to get a feel for the environment. During the actual shoot I am extremely focused and hardworking. I have one goal in mind. That is to capture those special moments the best way possible because I want my clients to get excited every time they look back and cherish their wonderful memories.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taught myself the majority of what I know and do today. I have read books, watched hundreds of youtube videos, and taken several online seminars for photography, videography, and design.
