- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the standard bouquet and arrangement pricing, please see the website. To give you more accurate quote, please provide the following information (if you know it): Date, Time, and Location of your wedding Number of bouquets (bride and bridesmaids) Number of corsages and boutonnieres Number of centerpieces for the reception. Other flower arrangements (i.e. ceremony flowers, aisle flowers, gazebo or arch decoration, flower girl basket, sweetheart table, buffet and cake table decoration and so on You can send me some pictures of your image of wedding flowers so I have better ideas of your requests.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The estimate will be sent to you after receiving an inquiry. By completing an agreement with a customer's signature and receiving 20 percent deposit of the entire estimate cost, the date of the event is officially booked. The estimate will be revised if there are any changes of the request. Then, we go over detailed plans and communicate till the day of the wedding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with honors from the floral design business program at Ashworth College and obtained a business diploma in floral design.
