- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system for my service. My prices are subject to change based on the word count, duration of the project, assignment details, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically will speak with a client over the phone so that I can properly gauge the type of service that is needed. From there, I will keep in contact with the client via phone and email to ensure that the process goes as smoothly as possible, providing samples of my work and references if/when requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- Bachelor of Arts Degree in Literature from West Chester University/Minor in Journalism - Master's Degree in Public Administration (pending the successful completion of my thesis) from Kutztown University - I have worked as a writer and editor for the past seven years. During this time I have had the opportunity to work as a Senior Editor, freelance writer, speech writer, and motivational speaker. - I have written for the following websites: Adamcentric.com, Simplydapper.com, Fresh.cc, Viralfashion.com, Mutemag.com, Runwayfashion.com, and Cititour.com. - I have had the opportunity to speak at the following institutions/universities: Shippensburg University, Reading Area Community College, Penn State University, RIZE Program, I-Lead Charter School, Olivet Boys & Girls Club - I have also had the opportunity to write press releases, resumes, speeches, and autobiographies for music and visual artists.
