FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer two pricing structures. One is a flat fee that includes the session fee and a maximum number of delivered images and/or prints. 50% of the fee is due prior to shooting and the final 50% is due prior to the delivery of the final images. The second pricing structure is a session fee and then clients can purchase individual images as they wish. 100% of the session fee is due prior to shooting. If you have questions or have another pricing package in mind please let me know. As always my primary goal is to create powerful artistic images that meet your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For most projects I like to have a meeting prior to our shoot. This gives us a chance to discuss their goals and needs while establishing a friendly connection. Every session and project is unique and the time involved can vary. Headshots can take between 30-minutes to 2 hours. Portraits often take between 2-4 hours and can involve a number of outfits, different locations, and a variety of lighting styles. Portraits of products and locations often take a day more to photograph. I strive to have a review gallery available with 24-48 hours. Final delivery of images is dependent upon the number of images and the complexity of the post-production. I strive to have final images ready within 1-week after purchase.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with individuals, families, models, craft beer brewing companies, bread companies, real estate companies, and restaurants.
