- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everyone has different goals and limitations. The first thing new clients will do is to fill out an assessment on their current health and fitness levels. From here we offer them a FREE session to see what kind of strengths and weaknesses they have. Once they finish the workout, we will sit down and talk about goals and what exactly needs to be done to reach those goals. With all of this information, I will tailor a customized workout and diet plan for them to follow. It will be structured in a way that fits their schedule and goals, allowing them to see the results they want, without having to completely sacrifice everything they enjoy in life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from The Pennsylvania State University Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Specialist in Fitness Nutrition through through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA).
