FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to meet with my customers over lunch or coffee (ALWAYS my treat), and listen to their unique real estate goals. Once I have a good idea of what their special interests are I discuss with them Xperience's Plan of Action. When working with a buyer, I will study their market(s) of interest in depth so I can assure they are buying a home they love and never settling for less. I will research local schools, engage with neighbors, provide walkabilty scores, and anything else that my clients may find value in knowing. Additionally, I will provide a Preferred Vendor List, Buyer's Guide, and keep my buyer's informed in real-time as homes go on the market. As an Xperience Partner Agent, I maintain a commitment to educating my clients. I will connect my buyer's with the best lending services in their area so they can receive the best advising in the delegation of buying a new home. As buyer's are having to compete for their offers being accepted by sellers now more than ever, it is advantageous to have a results-driven negotiator on their side. Once my buyer does open escrow on a new home, myself and a personal contract coordinator will work diligently to ensure that critical deadlines are met for a smooth and seamless close. When representing a seller, my mission is to market their property so that it is received well by a wide variety of buyers far and wide. I will implement Xperience Real Estate's proven marketing strategy that has helped 250 seller's reach a successful close in the last year. We provide a suite of products to our seller's that is unmatched. We will market your property through strategic open houses, personally inviting potential buyer's through aggressive phone, print, and online advertising campaigns. Our digital and web campaigns seek to understand the likely buyer through advanced neighborhood analytics, so your home stays at the forefront of the consumer's mind. I will work cohesively with my seller's to assure that their home is priced consistent with current market conditions, while still staying competitive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Realtor, my education is ongoing and at Xperience Real Estate, my training is absolutely necessary. In order to best serve my clients, I commit and adhere to a strict training schedule. I seek to understand my local real estate markets not just from a micro level, but a macro level as well. I have the pleasure of being on a team that is committed to providing systems and models for success to their agents, so that their agents can provide the best services to their clients. At Xperience Real Estate, we are committed to our own education and growth so that we can ensure the growth of our clients' wealth through real estate.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved working with people. A vast amount of my professional work experience is rooted in sales and customer service. I first worked in high end luxury retail stores selling lifestyle fashions and offering my services as a style consultant. I've always recognized that of course I'm selling a product and service, but I'm also gaining the pleasure of connecting with my clients, contributing to the betterment of their lives. Whether that's getting them to realize that they deserve to look and feel good in a new wardrobe, or delivering the keys to their dream home...that feeling of having a part in someone's happiness is an experience I'm addicted to. I find so much joy in being able to help my clients thrive and live well, and working in the real estate industry allows me to do just that in the most significant way.
