- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary on the product and sub-floor. We do our best to get a quote and contracted price. Stock material is usually better to save on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gather information and typer of material the customer is interested in. Figure out the budget and how we can accomplish their flooring choices and reach the end product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hire Union Flooring Workers. They get top training and know their products. As well as our office staff with sales and helping the customer with the right material. We have 2 Stand up Demo Machines and 1 Ride Along Demo Machine. All save money and labor costs. We also have to fully equipped Stakebeds for our material deliveries and pickups.
