- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cleaning prices varies from customer to costumer/home to home to better suit their cleaning needs and assure they'll only pay for the cleaning job they need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I througly explain the differences between deep and regular cleaning that I provide in order to help them decide what kinda of cleaning will suit their needs better.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was born and raised in Brazil. Ever since when I started cleaning homes here in the United States back in 1.999, I have been told several times that we Brazilians have a different concept of cleaning which is "top to bottom" kinda... I was raised cleaning my own home as we never had a cleaner growing up so I guess that I must of have learnt it pretty well I'd say...
